Using correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses, results revealed a positive relationship exists between unethical behaviors—egoism and certain individual factors, namely risk taking, personality, cultural background, and type of education. Additionally, results revealed that unethical behavior—egoism can be predicted by only one individual factor namely risk taking. Based on the outcomes of this study, implications and recommendations for further studies were provided. |
