Methods: The study follows the inductive approach about issues in the books of Usul al-Fiqh to clarify the stances and views of the Usuli in each of the research issues with their documentation. Results: The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: to apply the most and the majority views in inferring the legal rulings, and that the interests and otherwise are based on the most and majority considering what brings benefit and righteousness, and removes the corruption and harm.
