Methods: This study adopted the descriptive and applied methodology based on induction. Scientific material was collected according to the principles of scientific research to ultimately reach appropriate solutions that align with the requirements of our modern era and do not contradict the fundamental tenets of our lenient Sharia. Results: The study reached several conclusions, the most notable being the clarification of the fundamental principle related to blocking means. It was found that scholars have established guidelines for applying these principles. The study also identified the most important fundamental principles related to blocking means, and their impact was evident in several contemporary applications.
