| description | تناول هذا البحث مسألة التشدد في جرح رواة الحديث والمغالاة في ذلك، وهي مسألة من مسائل علوم الرجال عمومًا وعلم الجرح والتعديل على وجه الخصوص، تلك العلوم التي لولاها ما ميزنا صحيح الحديث من سقيمه، ومع أهمية هذا الموضوع وخطورته في ميدان الرواية إلا أنه ظلَّ تطبيقات مجردة من قواعدها وضوابطها، ونماذج منثورة في تراجم كتب الرجال والجرح والتعديل وكتب الطبقات، ولم تنتظم هذه التطبيقات بسلك ينظم حباتها؛ فصارت الحاجة ماسة لبيان أسباب حالات التشدد في جرح الرواة والغُلو في غمزهم (عدالة أو مروءة أو ضبطًا) والاجتهاد في وضع ضوابط تضمن وضع كلام النقاد في مواضعه التي تحتمله، وبتوضيح مفهوم التشدد وبيان أقسامه وأسبابه والاجتهاد في تأسيس ضوابطه ومعرفة آثاره نستطيع أن نفسر هذا الخلق في النقَّاد تفسيرًا إيجابيًا في كثير من تطبيقاته، لأن الباعث عليه ما هو إلا حراسة الوحي وصيانة الرواية من عبث العابثين وانتحال المبطلين. |

Despite the importance and gravity of this topic in the field of narration, it remained as an abstract application of rules and controls, and as models scattered in the translations of books on men, and books on discrediting and modification. There was an urgent need to explain the reasons for cases of extremism in discrediting the narrators and exaggeration in their innuendo (justice, chivalry, or discipline) and ijtihaad in setting controls that ensure that the words of critics are put in their contexts.
