Methods: The research follows the inductive approach by extrapolating the sayings of schools and jurists in each issue, and the comparative approach, by comparing their sayings and evidence and weighting between them. Results: This research reached to a result that the rules of the entire jurisprudence, which include facilitating and eliminating discomfort, have a great impact on issuing jurisprudential rulings at the time of contemporary developments and calamities, including the Corona virus, as it had a great entrance in facilitating many of the jurisprudential rulings on people, and removing hardship from them. Nonetheless, these rulings did not go beyond the scope of the truth and the approval of the Sharia, as the Sharia originally came to bring about the interests of the people, and to repel evils from them, and this was evident in the mitigation of the purity and prayer of the Corona patient, and facilitating the affairs of people’s worship and their dealings.
