| description | تَهْدِفُ هذه الدراسةُ إلى ضَبطِ تعريف الاقتباس من القرآن والحديث، والتفريق الدقيق بينَه وبين التمثُّل، ومحاولةِ صياغة الضوابط الضروريَّة لكلِّ اقتباس حتى يكونَ صحيحًا مقبولًا، وسَلَكَت الدراسةُ لتحقيق ذلك المنهجَ الاستقرائيَّ لكلام العلماء القُدامَى والمُحْدَثين في الاقتباس وشروطه وضوابطه، والمنهجَ التحليليَّ والمنهجَ الاستنباطيَّ بُغْيَةَ الوصولِ إلى الضوابط الضروريَّة للاقتباس، والتمييزِ بينَها وبينَ شروطٍ أُخْرى لا يحتاجُ إليها الاقتباس، وقد توصَّلَ الباحثُ في هذه الدراسة إلى عددٍ من النتائج، أهمُّها أنَّ الاقتباسَ الصحيح لا بدَّ له من عِدَّة ضوابط، منها: أنْ يكونَ الكلامُ المُقْتَبَسُ جائزَ النسبةِ إلى المخلوق متكلِّمًا أو مخاطَبًا، ومنها: أنْ لا يكونَ الكلامُ الذي حَصَلَ فيه الاقتباسُ مُحَرَّمًا أو مكروهًا أو واردًا على سبيل السُّخْرِيَةِ والاستهزاء، ومنها: أنْ تكونَ الجُمْلَةُ القرآنيَّةُ أو الجُمْلَةُ الحديثيَّةُ مُسْتَعْمَلَةً في معنى عربيٍّ صحيح، ومنها: أنْ لا يُفْرِطَ الشاعرُ أو الكاتبُ في حَدِّ الاقتباس فيجعلَ جُلَّ كلامِه مُقْتَبَسًا. |

To achieve this objective, the study employed an inferential design of modern and ancient scholars’ sayings and opinions in quotation, its conditions and controls. In addition, the study used an analytical and deductive design to extract the necessary controls of quotation and distinguish between them and other conditions not required for quoting. The study concluded with several results, the most significant of which is that accurate quotation is stipulated by several terms. This includes the fact that a quoted word is permitted if being uttered by an individual (speaker or recipient) and that the quoted word must not be forbidden, denied or taken as a form of sarcasm.
