الملخص:The main aim of this research is to examine the impact of Training on firm performance. The overall objective of any organization is to enhance and facilitate the business processes, and this is done through the enhancement of learning that triggers better performance. For data collection purposes, an online questionnaire was sent to respondents working in different companies of different industries, and 152 usable responses were gathered. To analyze the data obtained, SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis purposes. The results showed that there is an impact of Training on firm performance without any difference between the two methods of training. Furthermore, this study will provide recommendations and implications that help researchers in this context and raise organization’s awareness about the importance of training employees.
