الملخص:This research study presents the findings about the leading supermarkets in Lebanon .The purpose of this study is to rate each supermarket along every dimension: layout, number of cashiers, marketing offers and promotions; in addition to the following categories of products: Fish, meat, fruits and vegetables, and dairy products. The retailing business in the region and in Lebanon was discussed in details. All research questions included in the questionnaire have been tested for statistical significance, and some descriptive analysis has been done, with respect to various demographic variables like "gender", "age", "status", "level of income", and "level of education". Various results of "T-test" and "one-way analysis of variables" have been presented in various tables
