The first chapter gives an introduction about the history of the housing situation. The second chapter explains all the factors that intensified the magnitude of the housing problem. In the third chapter an overview about Housing Bank and its history is given. Also, problems facing the bank are discussed. In the fourth chapter the effects of the social and demographic factors on the housing situation are explained.
