Data was collected through an online survey, with 117 participants from various industries in Lebanon, providing a diverse sample reflective of the current socio-economic context. The study’s findings revealed that EI and WLB were positively correlated with work-related well-being dimensions such as job satisfaction and work engagement, while demonstrating an inverse correlation with job stress. These results hold significant implications for HR managers and organizations operating in crisis, as they shed light on the importance of fostering emotional intelligence and ensuring a healthy work-life balance to promote employee well-being and mitigate job stress during this crisis. While the study offers valuable insights, it also acknowledges its limitations and provides recommendations for future research, encouraging further exploration of these factors in the Lebanese context.
