A tandem metathesis–hydrogenation route to dicarba analogues of cystine-containing cyclic peptides
Dicarba cyclic peptide analogues of the cyclic peptide octreotide have been synthesised in good yields using a single pot, on resin, tandem homogeneous metal-catalysed metathesis–hydrogenation sequence.
