Summary:The purpose of this research was to empirically test the relationship between personality traits (neurotic and agreeableness) and KS via interpersonal trust. 205 employees in medium size organization were surveyed. Results suggest that there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal trust and agreeableness; where as, neuroticism was negatively related to interpersonal trust. Also a positive and significant relationship exist between interpersonal trust and KS.
