description The primary purpose of this study was to explore the mediating effect of voice on the Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) on Creative Performance. It also aimed at finding whether a direct relationship exists between LMX and Creative Performance. Employees working in the Banking Industry within Lebanon were surveyed. The data obtained from 301 participants was analyzed using SPSS software and the model was tested using structural equation modeling through Onyx. Results indicated that voice fully mediated the relationship between LMX and Creative Performance. Future research and managerial implications were proposed. Employees’ creative performance is a main pillar for the success of a lot of organizations. This is mainly because amidst the battle for sustainability in this ever-growing market of innovation, only creative organizations survive. Those with new ideas and booming trends. Employees will have the ability to grow and work free while organizations benefit from their creativity to facilitate the work and grow faster. The password for this creativity is allowing your employee to do so. Therefore, a good relationship between the employee and their correspondent leader will allow them to voice more and then performing creatively. The top objective behind this study is to research the mediating effect of voice on the leaders and subordinates relationship (LMX) on creative performance. Therefore, and in order to search for the following quest “What is the mediating effect of voice on the leaders relationship on creative performance, a collection of voluntary participants from the banking sector in Lebanon contributed for the empirical results of this study. Nevertheless, in the time and place where the study took place, negative aspects of voice where found to mediate the relation. This research, among very few, sheds the light on the negative role of employee voice. Temporary and full time employees from several banks in Lebanon built the base sample of this study. They answered a survey over how the perceive the three aspects of the research, LMX, voice, and creative performance. The target was to examine how the quality of LMX and voice effect creative performance. Using structural equation modeling, the theoretical model proposed was tested. Research found a positive relation between the three studied factors Leader-Member Exchange, voice, and the creative performance. This research’s originality is finding how a good quality Leader-Member Exchange will allow employees to voice more in organizations and thus perform creatively. The absence of a link between the three aspects mentioned brought attention to the research. This study will help leaders perceive the value of their relationships with employees while understanding that they impact directly performance.
