Success rates for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) in patients with altered anatomy from prior surgical intervention
With cumulative increase in patients, progressively larger numbers of patients with Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) and pancreatoduodenectomy are requiring ERCP. We examined our rate of success with endoscopic techniques to access the biliary tree in patients with altered anatomy.
