| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr">We recommend testing for SARS‐CoV‐2 in a patient with an unexplained thromboembolic event, even in the absence of fever or respiratory symptoms.</p><p dir="ltr">COVID-19 is an emerging condition associated with various complications. Coagulopathy and thromboembolic events in COVID-19 might occur even without fever and other classic respiratory symptoms.
