However, vigilance can prevent devastating consequences.</p><p dir="ltr"><i>Streptococcus gordonii</i>‐associated endocarditis is rarely reported but often associated with considerable morbidity. We describe three cases of infective endocarditis caused by <i>S. gordonii </i>during a four‐week period in 2023, and the use of whole‐genome sequencing to determine whether these isolates were genetically related.
