Description
Summary:
This case highlights an atypical presentation of a patient with unknown history of mental disease who has been diagnosed with a bipolar disorder associated with severe COVID-19 symptoms. The authors urge clinicians to consider the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on patients with mental illness and the urgent need for vigilant monitoring of presenting signs and symptoms.

Other Information

Published in: Clinical Case Reports
License: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/
See article on publisher's website: http://dx.doi.org/10.1002/ccr3.4015
