الملخص:<p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Atraumatic convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage (cSAH) is a rare non-aneurysmal SAH, commonly due to ipsilateral internal carotid artery (ICA) stenosis. It is unusual for the cSAH to occur contralaterally to the infarct.
