This poster highlights practical steps taken to reduce reliance on printed materials, such as replacing training binders with digital checklists for student assistants and developing an open-access LibGuide for shelf-reading training. These initiatives improve efficiency, ensure up-to-date resources and extend benefits beyond a single institution.
