| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr">The Qatar Resilience Symposium 2025 (QRS2025) Report presents a comprehensive overview of Qatar's ongoing efforts to advance national resilience across sectors. Organized and hosted by Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) and Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI) in collaboration with Earthna and supported by Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council (QRDI), QRS2025 brought together policymakers, researchers, practitioners, private-sector leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen collective understanding and action on resilience. Through multidisciplinary sessions and thematic discussions, the symposium explored climate risks, resilient infrastructure systems, public health preparedness, governance frameworks, and the role of emerging technologies in bolstering national adaptive capacity. The report highlights Qatar's evolving resilience priorities, addressing climate impacts, infrastructure vulnerabilities, supply chain challenges, and socio-economic risks, while outlining actionable strategies aligned with national development goals such as Qatar National Vision 2030 (QNV2030) and Qatar National Development Strategy 3 (QNDS3).
