Strengthening Work Atmosphere through Communication and values: Older nurses favored face-to-face communication, while younger nurses preferred digital tools. Cultivating Respect and Empathy: Younger nurses emphasized fairness in assignments and promotions, while older nurses focused on empathy and understanding.
