| Summary: | <p dir="ltr">The Actinomyces bacteria are associated with cervicothoracic disease in immunocompromised patients; however, Actinomyces odontolyticus cervical infection with extensive spread to the mediastinum in a previously healthy patient was not reported before in Qatar.
