الملخص:<p dir="ltr">A 48‐year‐old male diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) started on all‐trans‐retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide, developed typical symptoms of differentiation syndrome, and improved dramatically on steroids.
