| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate all panels of Figure 3, which examines short-term synaptic plasticity, release probability, and ultrastructural vesicle organization at excitatory synapses in the dmPFC following chronic NMDAR hypofunction.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Included data:</p><p dir="ltr">- Short-term plasticity measurements during evoked EPSCs at 10 Hz stimulation (Panels 3a–e), including peak amplitudes, paired-pulse ratios, and normalized responses.</p><p dir="ltr">- Release parameter analysis during 33.33 Hz stimulus trains (Panels 3f–i), including cumulative peak amplitudes, refilling rate, readily releasable pool (RRP) size, and release probability (Pr).</p><p dir="ltr">- Ultrastructural TEM measurements (Panels 3j–p), including presynaptic bouton area, synapse density, PSD length, vesicle counts binned by distance from the active zone, CDFs of vesicle distribution, and vesicle diameters.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Structure:</p><p dir="ltr">- Each worksheet corresponds to a panel.</p><p dir="ltr">- All values represent unprocessed raw data directly used to generate the plots in the manuscript.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">This dataset enables full reproduction of the synaptic release and ultrastructural analyses presented in Figure 3.</p><p><br></p> |
