Description
Résumé:
In the present work we have measured plasma concentrations of FGF19, 21 and 23 in a large group of patients with CKD and ESKD and control subjects, as well as identifying clinically relevant genetic variants and tag-SNPs. By combining these genetic and nongenetic data with other clinical and demographic features, we aimed to build models able to predict the occurrence of CVE in CKD patients.
