Tissue from Myo1e <sup>+/</sup><sup>Flox</sup> ROSA <sup>+/</sup><sup>mTmG</sup> Podocin-Cre <sup>+/</sup><sup>Tg</sup> transgenic mice exhibits membrane localized EGFP in podocytes and membrane localized tdTomato across all other cell types.
