<p dir="ltr">The thermal gradient during laser directed energy deposition (LDED) makes avoiding columnar grains difficult. This study developed the effect of Fe on the microstructure with equiaxed grains and tensile properties of Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-Mo-V alloys.</p>
