description <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate all panels of Figure 2, which examines spontaneous synaptic transmission and intrinsic excitability of layer 2/3 pyramidal neurons in the dmPFC following repeated ketamine treatment.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Included data:</p><p dir="ltr">- Quantification of PV+/DAPI cell ratios in dmPFC (Panel 2b)</p><p dir="ltr">- sIPSC recordings: inter-event intervals, frequency, amplitude, and representative traces (Panel 2c)</p><p dir="ltr">- sEPSC recordings: cumulative distributions, frequency, amplitude, and representative traces (Panel 2d)</p><p dir="ltr">- Intrinsic excitability measurements: resting membrane potential, input resistance, voltage sag (–200 pA), firing rates (0–400 pA), rheobase, and phase-plane plots (Panel 2e)</p><p dir="ltr">- mEPSC recordings in the presence of TTX: inter-event intervals, frequency, amplitude, and representative traces (Panel 2f)</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Structure:</p><p dir="ltr">- Each worksheet corresponds to a panel </p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">This dataset enables full reproduction of the synaptic and intrinsic physiology results presented in Figure 2.</p><p><br></p>
