| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr">Supplemental Table S1: Output of 2-way ANOVA for comparison between strains for each time point within each region.</p><p dir="ltr">Supplemental Table S2: Results of TukeyHSD post hoc analysis for comparison between strains for each time point within each region. The mean difference of expression, lower and upper 95% confidence intervals, and adjusted p-values are included for each miRNA in each contrast test.</p><p dir="ltr">Supplemental Table S3: Expression summary of 199 miRNAs expressed above background levels for the brainstem regions (NTS, CVLM, and RVLM). The table includes the summary of the mean and standard error (normalized and z-scored) for SHR and WKY strains at 8,10,12,16, and 24 weeks time points.</p> |
