Reads were pseudo-aligned to the <i>Fvesca</i> vesca v6.0 transcriptome with kallisto; transcript-per-million (TPM) estimates were aggregated to the gene level.</p><p dir="ltr">Batch correction by SVA has been applied, and all TPM estimates are log₂-transformed. kallisto gene count table is also included.</p> |
