| Summary: | <p dir="ltr">This folder contains one .csv file which gathers all the data generated during sensitivity analysis of the model developed for the publication "Scalable model development of carbon photosynthetic assimilation and partitioning in a green microalga during nitrogen starvation". The data contained can be generated from the code available at <a href="https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.c.7746242.v1" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><i>https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.c.7746242.v1</i></a><i>.</i></p><p dir="ltr">This data file enables to not run the full simulation in the code but instead to directly import the results from the sensitivity analysis by setting the value of 'option_run_local_SA' equal to "1" once the file "Sensitivity Analysis_final" has been copied in the a folder 'Data files' as described in the read me file of the code repository.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">The determination was performed as described in the manuscript '<i>Toward a scalable modelling of photosynthetic carbon assimilation and partition during nitrogen starvation for the microalga</i><i> </i><i>Chlorella vulgaris</i><i> </i><i>NIES 227</i>' as the values obtained are used in this research work.</p> |
