Summary:<p dir="ltr">In the first year (2024), we integrated data analytics encompassing data retrieval through APIs, data analysis, and visualization into the WaterSoft Package using browser-based technologies. This involved a web-based software stack called HydroSuite developed by the Iowa Hydroinformatics Lab based on web technologies. It consisted of HydroLang[1], HydroCompute, and HydroRTC.</p><p dir="ltr">During the current year (2025), we integrated data processing pipelines and machine learning models into WaterSoft. The data processing pipeline includes data acquisition, exploration, cleaning, interpolation, and standardization techniques. Similarly, we integrated time series analytics models like ARIMA, SARIMA, MLP, LSTM, and Transformer models with parameter tuning and evaluation methods.</p>
