Both of the axes are plotted as fractions of total farms in the network. For the removal of nodes, they are separately ranked with three independent centrality measures: high betweenness centrality (<i>BC</i>), high out-degree centrality (<i>K</i><sub><i>out</i></sub>), and high in-degree centrality (<i>K</i><sub><i>in</i></sub>).</p>
