description <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate Extended Data Figure 5, which examines intrinsic excitability and excitatory synaptic transmission in layer 2/3 pyramidal neurons of the S1BF following repeated ketamine administration.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Included data:</p><p dir="ltr">- Intrinsic properties (Panels 5B–F), including resting membrane potential, input resistance, voltage sag, action potential firing rates in response to 0–400 pA current steps, and rheobase</p><p dir="ltr">- Spontaneous EPSC frequency and amplitude from layer 2/3 neurons (Panels 5G–H)</p><p dir="ltr">- Evoked EPSC responses during 10 Hz stimulation (Panels 5I–J), including normalized amplitudes and paired-pulse ratios</p><p dir="ltr">- Release parameters estimated from 50 Hz, 100-stimulus trains (Panels 5K–L), including vesicle refilling rate and readily releasable pool (RRP) size</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Structure:</p><p dir="ltr">- The worksheet includes per-cell intrinsic measurements, sEPSC values, 10 Hz response amplitudes, paired-pulse ratios, and release parameter estimates for Ctrl and rKet groups.</p><p dir="ltr">- These values correspond to the physiological data underlying Extended Data Figure 5.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
