<b>Transcriptome response after perturbing NBL1 expression</b>
<p dir="ltr">HaCaT cells infected with lentivirus expressing NBL1 or its shRNA were harvested, and total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent. Library preparation and RNA-seq were performed by Novogene (Beijing, China). </p>
