Description
Summary:
A) The toxoflavin production in LB broth by the B. glumae strains. B) The proteolytic activity of the cell-free supernatant from each cell culture of the B. glumae strains. C) The extracellular protease phenotypes of the B. glumae strains on the NA agar supplemented with 1% skim milk. Experiments were repeated three times and error bars represent the standard deviation of three biological replications. Bars with different letters indicate statistically significant differences among the data curves at P < 0.05 based on Tukey’s post-hoc test.
