Computational study protocol: leveraging synthetic data to validate a benchmark study for differential abundance tests for 16s microbiome sequencing data. <i>F1000Research</i>, <i>13</i>, 1180. <a href="https://f1000research.com/articles/13-1180" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://f1000research.com/articles/13-1180</a></p><p dir="ltr">The code used to generate this is available at </p><p dir="ltr"><a href="https://github.com/kreutz-lab/ValidationBenchmarkStudyF1000" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://github.com/kreutz-lab/ValidationBenchmarkStudyF1000</a></p><p dir="ltr">Each RDS file contains the so called data_to_compare object, which is a hirarchical list object containing the experimental data, simualted data, results of the DA analyses as well as other calculations and information. Some information is only available in a compressed form. Use bs_decompress() from our github repository for de-compression.</p>
