Each folder contains Matlab workspaces (.mat) for the following results.</p><p dir="ltr">1)The initial DVC displacement (resultsFIDVC1HOCT_LC[label]_[LE/RE].disp.mat), baseline error (resultsFIDVC1HOCT_LC[label]_[LE/RE]_baseline error.mat), and correlation error(resultsFIDVC1HOCT_LC[label]_[LE/RE]_CorrError.mat). </p><p dir="ltr">2) The processed DVC outputs for the displacements and strains (HOCT_LC[label]-DispStrain.mat), baseline error (HOCT_LC[eyelabel]-BaselineError.mat) and correlation error (HOCT_LC[label]-CorrError.mat)</p><p dir="ltr">3) The strains averaged for each tissue segmented from the OCT images (HOCT_LC[label]-SegmentedAndSummarized.mat).</p><p dir="ltr">4) The coordinates of points defining the tissue boundaries of the ONH used to segment the OCT images ([label]-dividers.mat)</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
