Summary:<p>Gross mucosal lesions in mouse colons <b>(A)</b>, with black arrows and dotted lines indicating areas occupied by elevated lesions on the colon mucosa. Alcian blue-stained colonic mucosa micrographs showing tumour multiplicity at 12.5X magnification <b>(B)</b>, where white dotted lines represent the dentate lines (anorectal junction) and yellow dotted lines indicate adenomas and microadenomas on the colon mucosa.
