<p>Original MSI spectra are binned to bins of width 0.05 <i>m/z</i> to create uniformly spaced peaks. The bin size of 0.05 <i>m/z</i> sufficiently preserves the spectral resolution of the MSI data as can be seen through the insets.</p>
