| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains anonymized genotyping results of SMAD4 SNPs (rs34468925 and rs8084630) and corresponding phenotype information (HPV infection status, case–control classification). The data were generated in a hospital-based case–control study conducted at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, Guangxi, China, 2022–2024. All personal identifiers were removed prior to data sharing.</p> |
