Zusammenfassung:
This is a data file matching the manuscript, entitled “ADistribution of the Land Value Increment in the Context of Rural Tourism”, to be submitted to the Land, Manuscript ID: sustainability-3982811.

This study initiated its empirical analysis by systematically processing and validating questionnaire survey data collected from Zhongyuan Township, Jing'an County, China. The dataset, comprising 665 valid responses, was first assessed for reliability, normality, and common method bias to ensure data validity. It was then randomly divided into two independent subsets. The first subset was utilized to perform an Exploratory Factor Analysis in SPSS 26.0, which confirmed the factor structure and discriminant validity of the measurement scale. Building upon this foundational analysis, the second subset was employed to conduct a Confirmatory Factor Analysis using AMOS 24.0. This step rigorously tested the measurement model's fit, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. The validated measurement model and its associated data subsequently served as the critical input for constructing and testing the overall structural equation model, which forms the basis for the study's findings on the influence mechanisms of land value increment distribution.
