| الملخص: | <p dir="ltr"><b>Dataset Contents:</b></p><p dir="ltr">This collection includes all primary and output files from the genetic and statistical analyses described in the paper:</p><ul><li><b>Annotated VCF file:</b> Contains all filtered and annotated genetic variants used as the main input for analyses.</li><li><b>Kinship Matrix and Population Structure Matrix:</b> These files show the genetic relationships and population structure among the samples, which were used in the GWAS models.</li><li><b>Phenotypic and Statistical Analysis Results:</b> Includes descriptive statistics and ANOVA results for various traits, broken down by clades and sex.</li><li><b>Phylogenetic Analysis Results:</b> Outputs from various phylogenetic models that revealed the three distinct clades within the Iranian landrace samples.</li><li><b>GWAS Input and Output files:</b> All necessary files to reproduce the GWAS results, including input phenotypic and genotypic files, as well as output files with P-values, allelic effects, and other information for all traits.</li></ul><p><br></p> |
