الملخص:<p>Participants without switch to second-line therapy during the follow-up were considered right-censored with their endpoints shown as vertical lines. After 5 years of follow-up there was a significant difference in the length of use between prostaglandin analogues and beta-blockers according to the log-rank test (p = 0.02), and after 7 years the difference was significant also according to the Gehan–Wilcoxon test (p = 0.02).</p>
