الملخص:<p>A. Histogram of the proportion of immune cells in dataset GSE53845. B. Heat map of immune cell correlation in dataset GSE53845. C. Bubble map of correlation between immune cell infiltration abundance and Model Genes in dataset GSE53845. IPF, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. The absolute value of correlation coefficient (r-value) below 0.3 is weak or no correlation, between 0.3 and 0.5 is weak correlation, between 0.5 and 0.8 is medium correlation, and above 0.8 is strong correlation. Green was the Control group, purple was the IPF group. Yellow showed positive correlation, and vine purple showed negative correlation. The depth of the color indicates the strength of the correlation.</p>
