| Summary: |
The advancement of information technology has encouraged the widespread adoption of digital calendar applications as essential tools for managing daily schedules and activities. As usage continues to grow, usability becomes a critical factor to ensure that such applications can be used effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily by users. This study aims to evaluate the usability of digital calendar applications using a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Five key constructs—Efficiency, Error Handling, Learnability, Memorability, and Satisfaction—are examined for their influence on perceived Usability. Data were collected through a Likert-scale online questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS software. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to usability modeling and practical recommendations for improving the interface design of calendar applications to better meet user needs
|
