الملخص:Additional file 5. Associations between clinicopathological variables and KRAS status and overall survival in patients with PDAC. Description: Univariable Cox Regression model for patients with PDAC (N=36). Three patients without overlapping protein and mRNA data, one patient with metastasis at diagnosis, and one patient with non-standard treatment were excluded from the analysis. P-values < 0.05 are in bold. CI=Confidence Interval. * One patient with a tumor with high differentiation is not illustrated in this table. ** No CA19-9 values prior to surgery were registered for 17 of the 36 patients.
