description This study examines the impact of Agile management practices on organizational innovation in firms in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). With the UAE moving to a new economy, organizations are also diversifying the traditional software frameworks like Kanban, Scrum, and Design Thinking to improve flexibility and responsiveness and ensure continuity in enhancement. The study uses a mixed methods approach to examine the perceptions of Agile practices in the UAE context, measures of factors enablers and barriers to adopting Agile practices, and the effects of a shift towards the use of Agile on the organisation's innovativeness. Particular attention has been paid to surveys and interviews conducted during research operations, which provided statistics relating to the degree of influence of Agile on product and process innovation. The main findings indicate that using Agile methodologies encourages innovation and expands the target audience. Agile practices help to improve teamwork, the iterative design process, and the design of products for customers. Nevertheless, there are organizational solutions related to the values embedded in the UAE, such as the traditional hierarchy, bureaucracy and conservative attitudes towards regulatory control that can limit the use of Agile in its entirety. The findings of this study offer tactical guidelines to UAE firms who want to incorporate Agile strategies as enablers of sustaining competitive advantage and innovation goals. The insights are vital in ensuring effectively orchestrated changes in the current Nexus of Agile within the UAE business environment among policymakers and heads of corporations and organizations. Keywords: agile management, case study X, enablers, organizational innovation, behaviour innovativeness
