| الملخص: | The main focus of this thesis has been to understand the role of cyber operations of different states and analyse how international laws and diplomacy play a role in effective cyber operations. The Russia-Ukraine conflict situation is taken into consideration to understand the influence of cyber operations. Several international laws govern the relations between different states; however, there is an absence of a proper legal framework that governs the cyber operational activities of different states. Different studies have been conducted to understand the different cyber attacks experienced throughout the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the implications they had on the nations. The challenges to the effective implementation of international cyberspace laws have also been analysed for the effective development of international laws and diplomatic responses for resolving this conflict. |
