| الملخص: | Private enforcement is a huge sector in the competition law, and legal systems around the world has started to give it more attention, and in this thesis where we mainly focused about the private enforcement of EU competition law, where we check the application of it through the case law of the court of justice of the European Union - and we focused on the Manfredi case - and through the regulations and directives. We started with the explanation of Article 101 and 102 of TFEU since the case laws have depended on them a lot, and that is because they explained the infringements of competition law. We looked also in the UAE competition law regarding the private enforcement, and we found one article in the federal law organizing competition that mentioned the private enforcement, and we would like to see more of regulation in the UAE in the future that organize the private enforcement. |
